Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA, 92121 (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $35/hr - $45/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and display excellent queue and case management skills.
- Maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and use that expertise to help customers.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to quality and customer service.
- Utilize frontend browser debugging experience.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and provide code-level analysis for complex technical issues.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS products and integrated systems.
Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack.
- Proven ability to coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to resolve customer issues.
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Some experience with Generative AI, including foundational understanding of its concepts and applications.
