SAP S/4 HANA FTM (Finance) Functional Lead

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance (Functional) lead to support our igration from ECC to S/4HANA (Brownfield ++ Implementation, On Prem at own Hyperscaler).
The Implementation includes USA and Canada and 8 countries across Latin America including Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica and Mexico as major regional hubs. This role requires strong delivery leadership, excellent communication skills, strong business partnership, and the ability to manage, drive and deliver Functional Teams deliverables aligned with project plans and
strategies.
Responsibilities
• Solution Design Lead the design and architecture of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
• SAP Implementation Oversee the implementation of SAP ECC / S4 HANA, from planning and design to deployment and support.
• Responsible for building a multi-year roadmap while respecting Functional architecture standards.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements.
• Risk Management- Proactively identify and mitigate functional risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Communication -Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress and technical decisions.
• Documentation -Ensure thorough documentation of design decisions, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Closing.
• Implement New S/4 Hana Finance functionalities such as Group Reporting
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate data from multiple source systems into Finance system using SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) or SAP Data Services.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies for transitioning to S/4 HANA.
• Experience in Activate methodology and leading fit-gap workshops with Finance business for blueprinting
Requirements
• Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in SAP Finance architecture, implementation and support with a focus on SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules and components, including Finance and Supply Chain.
• Proven expertise in configuring SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules and integration with other modules
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Finance architecture, functionality, customization and configuration processes.
• Experience in multiple end to end full life cycle SAP implementation projects and at least 2 end to end full life cycle brownfield S/4 Hana Finance implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large transformation projects, from concept to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or technologies is desirable
