Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on state government projects, particularly with departments such as Department of Human Resources and Department of Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and platform governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong expertise in ITSM, workflows, scripting (JavaScript), and integrations.

• Experience working on state government projects.

• Prior experience with Department of Human Resources or Department of Education projects is highly preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
