UX Designer
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – Vanguard typically expects onsite presence)
Rate: $45 – $50/hr
Experience Required: 6–8+ years UX/Product Design experience (Enterprise or Financial domain strongly preferred)

Vanguard typically hires UX Designers who:
Design enterprise investment and financial platforms
Work closely with product owners, engineers, and research teams
Follow design systems and accessibility standards
Focus heavily on user research + usability testing
Can handle complex data-driven applications
This role is NOT purely UI or graphic design.
Client wants end-to-end UX thinkers.

Design user-centered experiences for Vanguard digital platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona creation.
Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams.
Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive experiences.
Maintain and contribute to enterprise design systems.
Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG) standards.
Support Agile product development cycles.
