  • Required Education: Bachelor''s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or other related field.
  • Degree Equivalency:
    • 2 year degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and 2 years of reporting and data analysis work experience.
    • OR 4 years reporting and data analysis experience.
  • Required Work Experience:
    • 4 Years Research and analysis experience.

  • Assisting customers (I/S employees) with adhoc analysis and recurring work related primarily to work planning and resource allocation
  • Using an internal tool (MPS) in conjunction with the backend database (SQL Server) through Access, Excel, PowerBi, etc.
  • Utilizing a consultative mindset to help customers reach intended outcomes
  • Driving process schedules and process improvements
  • Sustaining the high level of quality expected of the department
  • Able to understand the data at the lowest level
  • Able to talk to the story and summarize for an executive audience
  • Position is more people oriented than technical
