Overview
We are seeking an Applied AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation AI solutions with a focus on agentic AI systems. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and real-world business application—turning cutting-edge AI capabilities into production-ready solutions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems in a professional setting (e.g., experience at leading AI companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar environments).

What You’ll Do
Design and build agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool use
Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications using modern frameworks and APIs
Implement multi-agent workflows, orchestration layers, and decision-making pipelines
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into AI-driven solutions
Optimize models and workflows for performance, cost, and reliability in production
Contribute to best practices around prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability
Stay current with advancements in AI (agent frameworks, reasoning models, tool use)

Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering or applied AI experience
Hands-on experience building AI agents / agentic workflows in production
Strong programming skills in Python (or similar)
Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications
Experience at leading AI organizations (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI-first companies)
Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agent orchestration
Familiarity with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems
Experience with evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and AI safety considerations
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and containerization
Background in building customer-facing or enterprise AI products
