Role Overview
We are looking for Full Stack Software Developers with 3+ years of professional experience to join a specialized Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program supporting LTI Mindtree.
Candidates will complete a 10-week remote training program focused on modern software engineering, cloud-native development, AI-enabled applications, and customer-facing solution delivery. Following successful completion of training, candidates will work onsite in Dallas, TX or Edison, NJ.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong Python programming and OOP concepts
- Experience with asynchronous programming, type annotations, testing, and production codebases
- JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar SPA frameworks
- RESTful API development and integration
- FastAPI/Flask or other equivalent backend frameworks(Django)
- SQL and relational databases
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Cloud-native application development
- Docker and containerization
- Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Git and collaborative development workflows
- Software debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Exposure to LLMs and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete 10 weeks of training and work onsite in Dallas, TX after training

- AI-powered application development / LLM integration
