    This Senior System Implementation Consultant will lead enterprise-scale deployment, adoption, and value realization for AI, Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions. The role will manage implementation strategy, operational readiness, onboarding, governance, training, and change activities from initial planning through production stabilization.

    This consultant will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to transform AI opportunities into sustainable business capabilities. The successful candidate combines strong program execution skills with practical knowledge of enterprise AI adoption, workflow automation, and business process transformation.
    Day-to-Day Responsibilities
    Implementation & Program Leadership
    • Lead end-to-end implementation of AI, Agentic AI, automation, and enterprise technology solutions
    • Develop and manage:
      • Project plans
      • Deployment roadmaps
      • Implementation schedules
      • Governance forums
      • Risk and dependency logs
      • Executive status reporting
    • Coordinate delivery from planning through deployment and stabilization
    • Manage implementation milestones, decisions, issues, and escalation paths
    AI & Digital Transformation
    • Drive rollout and onboarding of AI-enabled products and platforms, including:
      • Epiplex
      • Zenerate
      • Digital Adoption Platforms
      • Agentic AI solutions
    • Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities
    • Evaluate process improvement opportunities through workflow analysis and operational insights
    • Support adoption of intelligent operations capabilities
    Process Discovery & Transformation
    • Facilitate process discovery workshops
    • Perform current-state assessments
    • Identify opportunities for:
      • Process automation
      • Workforce optimization
      • Workflow simplification
      • AI enablement
    • Document future-state processes and implementation requirements
    • Support business process intelligence, workflow mining, and task analysis activities
    Human-in-the-Loop Governance
    • Establish and manage Human-in-the-Loop programs
    • Define review workflows, exception handling, and escalation processes
    • Develop quality-control and governance frameworks
    • Support responsible AI use through validation and oversight procedures
    Readiness, Training & Change Management
    • Lead user onboarding and training activities
    • Develop operational readiness plans
    • Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement
    • Support business transition to new AI-enabled capabilities
    • Address adoption barriers and reinforce new operating practices
    Testing & Production Stabilization
    • Support UAT and release readiness
    • Validate deployments against business requirements
    • Coordinate deployment validation and production stabilization
    • Lead hypercare activities after implementation
    • Track issues, defects, adoption challenges, and remediation actions
    Metrics & Value Realization
    • Define and monitor:
      • Adoption Metrics
      • KPIs
      • Operational Performance Indicators
      • Productivity Measures
      • Process Efficiency Gains
      • Business Value Realization
    • Develop executive dashboards and scorecards
    • Report progress, risks, outcomes, and benefits to leadership
