THE ROLE:

We are looking for a technically strong, execution-focused Product Engineer to take end-to-endresponsibility for a specific FPGA product line-starting from concept to post-silicon validation. The role centers on engineering ownership, delivering optimized, customer-ready silicon solutions for applications in varied market segments.

You are a collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownershipmindset are critical to navigating the complexities of product development role while aligning technical outcomes with customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Product Inception & Definition Phase
    • Understand new FPGA-based products aligned with varied market and application needs.
    • Support Product planning on device definitions with inputs from architecture, marketing, and engineering.
    • Understand initial costing, resource planning, and schedule estimation and PPA.
    • Participate in new product proposal approval reviews with technical and business justifications.

Development & Execution
    • Partner with architecture, FE, BE design, and verification teams to manage trade-offs across cost, PPAand schedule.
    • Support engineering execution from micro-Arch definition, front-end RTL development through back-end implementation.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment and issue resolution throughout the silicon execution phase.
    • Bring in end-to-end design cycle expertise to drive engineer efforts in interest of the product.

Post-Silicon & Productization
    • Review post-Si test plans, validation strategies and drive SW-FW alignment before silicon arrival.
    • Oversee VnC activities, and drive Silicon issues towards planned Productization requirements.
    • Own the complete solution lifecycle, from definition to validated, customer-adaptable silicon.
    • Ensure deliverables are cost-effective, high-performing, and time-to-market optimized.
    • Enable solution-level readiness by coordinating with hardware, software, and customer support teams.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven track record in hardware product development-from concept to post-silicon validation.
  • Deep understanding ofFPGA, IP, or ASIC design and verification processes.
  • Hands on experience with SystemVerilog, Digital Design methodologies
  • Experience with front-end and back-end flows, including synthesis, P&R, timing closure, and verification.
  • Good grasp of customer requirements, solution trade-offs, and system-level thinking is desirable.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills to support design and validation flows.
  • Comfortable working across multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering
