Summary

As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you maintain, service, and troubleshoot the site property and auxiliary systems and equipment within our state-of-the-art, food-grade clean facility.

You Will:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on the facility\'s auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, transformers, etc.
  • Monitor the fire systems, facilities access systems, and emergency lighting systems (monitoring, inspecting, testing)
  • Perform general grounds maintenance
  • Participate in installation projects and/or modifications.

You Have:

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday day shift, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate?s degree &/or technical certifications are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of auxiliary industrial support equipment, i.e., chillers, compressors, water towers, air dryers, pumps, etc...
  • Fabrication experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics and pneumatics systems
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics
  • PLC knowledge is a plus
