Job Details

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As an Civil Litigation Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in civil matters (construction, real estate, commercial, breach of contract, etc.) on a percentage fee compensation basis.

At our core, we are a lifestyle firm. Our ideal candidate is autonomous, well versed in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, and has experience in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials. First chair civil jury trial experience is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients .
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal briefs.
• Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and other legal professionals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
