As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we're looking for an Engineering Manager - Maintenance, responsible for leading electrical and instrumentation maintenance operations, managing site maintenance programs, and supporting safe, reliable plant performance through preventative, predictive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance activities.

Who We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred; 10 years of maintenance management experience in the chemical process industry may be considered.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical and instrumentation installation or management of electrical and instrumentation technicians.

Knowledge of SAP computerized maintenance management system required.

Strong organizational and management skills, with solid interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Written and oral proficiency in English required.

Ability to walk, sit and/or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day, move throughout production areas on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and be exposed to outside temperatures/weather.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage all E&I technician operations at the site, including preventative, predictive, scheduled, and nonscheduled maintenance work.

Ensure instrumentation and electronics are maintained so the plant runs at peak operating efficiency.

Develop and implement site maintenance programs, including predictive, preventative, and emergency work procedures and protocols.

Oversee emergency repairs, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment to maintain plant condition and improve operating efficiency safely.

Use the plant CMMS to plan and track maintenance activities across the site.

Ensure department activities comply with Company, government, site, and operational regulations.

Assist in developing the site capital plan and review safety and health aspects of site maintenance and construction activities.

Develop and manage key maintenance metrics, including preventive versus corrective work and work order backlog management.

Help manage the maintenance storeroom and identify opportunities to improve its operation.

Manage a group of E&I technicians and support effective daily operations.

Establish and implement training programs to increase the effectiveness of E&I personnel and promote staff development.

Maintain cost controls for budget, storeroom, contractors, and non-stock materials.

Provide back-up support for other department personnel as required.

Develop key initiatives to reduce or eliminate injuries to maintenance workers.

Complete worker audits to help ensure JSA and safe work practices are followed, anticipate hazardous conditions, and prevent injuries.

Perform all duties within the Company's safety, health, and environmental regulations, along with all other duties as assigned by management.
