Sr. Product Owner (Capital Markets | Syndicate Loans)

We are actively looking for a Senior Product Owner with strong Capital Markets and Syndicate Loans experience to lead the development of Syndicate Loan & Investment Banking products for a leading global financial institution.

⚠ Note: We are specifically looking for local NYC candidates with strong Banking Domain experience.

🔹 Must Have Experience:
✔ 10+ years in Capital Markets products
✔ 5+ years of hands-on Syndicate Loans experience
✔ Strong collaboration with Investment Banking teams
✔ Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and OKRs
✔ Exposure to AI / GenAI-driven product strategies
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Define and prioritize product features aligned with business goals
• Work closely with IB stakeholders and business teams
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Identify market trends and innovation opportunities
• Communicate product strategy with technical and business teams

⭐ Nice to Have:
• Advanced Finance degree or CFA Level 1
• Experience with market data providers or dealing platforms
• Exposure to Investment Banking trading environments
