Summary

We are seeking a senior Healthcare Solution Architect with strong TriZetto Facets architecture experience and expertise in Medicaid managed care and state-specific regulatory transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture for Medicaid regulatory changes across healthcare payer platforms.

  • Assess impacts across Facets, Mainframe, Java/J2EE, APIs, databases, batch systems, and ETL platforms.

  • Design solutions for member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, pricing, and payments.

  • Guide technical teams, conduct architecture reviews, and identify cross-platform dependencies and risks.

  • Collaborate with regulatory SMEs, business stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams.

Required Skills:

  • Deep TriZetto Facets architecture and implementation experience.

  • Strong Medicaid managed care and state regulatory knowledge.

  • Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, and/or CICS.

  • Java/J2EE architecture and development knowledge.

  • IBM DataStage and Talend/TalendWorks.

  • Experience with healthcare payer integrations, APIs, databases, batch processing, and end-to-end claims workflows.
