Position: SAP OTC Consultant with Healthcare Domain Experience

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Role Overview

• This role sits in Application Development & Maintenance / SAP COE and focuses on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in SAP (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Support, enhance, and optimize OTC business processes for pharma distribution operations.
• Ensure smooth flow from order creation → delivery → billing → payment
• Must have Healthcare domain experience

Key Responsibilities: 10+ Year experience 

SAP OTC Functional Work

• Work on Order Management
• Sales orders (standard, rush, returns, etc.)
• Handle Pricing & Billing
• Pricing procedures, condition types, rebates
• Manage Delivery & Logistics Execution
• Support Accounts Receivable & Credit Management
• Covers full OTC lifecycle:
• Order → Delivery → Invoice → Payment

Configuration & Support

• Configure SAP SD/OTC modules:
• Enterprise structure
• Item categories, billing types, copy control
• Troubleshoot production issues and defects
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve incidents

Integration Work

• Work with other SAP modules:
• MM (materials)
• Integrate with external systems:
• Salesforce, EDI, APIs, warehouse systems is plus
