Senior IC Test Development Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior IC Test Development Engineer to develop precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis, and automated test system software for highly customized analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.

In this role, you will participate across the full product lifecycle, including test definition, design for testability (DFT), test hardware and software development, hands-on debug, characterization, and manufacturing release. You will work within a structured quality and regulatory environment and collaborate closely with an experienced test development team focused on delivering high-quality IC test solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own test system redesign and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop test plans, schedules, and equipment strategies to support manufacturing needs
• Design, develop, and implement IC testing methods and test equipment
• Plan and coordinate labor, schedules, and equipment for testing standard and special devices
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting new test system and test application development
• Analyze test data and define required changes to:
• Test equipment
• Test procedures
• Manufacturing processes
• New test requirements
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex test and manufacturing issues
• Support manufacturing sites during bring-up and production ramp
