Job Description

Looking for resources (8-12 years of exp):

  • Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
  • Who will be Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
  • Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
  • Who is Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ BootStrap / Angular
  • Who will Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
  • Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.

Technical Abilities And Responsibilities

  • Minimum 6+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 6 + years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps.
  • Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
  • Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
  • Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
  • Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
  • Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
  • Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
