Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aladdin Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Data Analyst to support data analysis, investment data processes, and business requirements related to the Aladdin platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial services and investment data, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to support data quality, reporting, and platform-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and data requirements related to the Aladdin platform.
- Support data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, investment teams, and technology teams to understand data requirements.
- Assist with data mapping, transformation, and integration activities.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support business decisions and operational processes.
- Document data definitions, business rules, workflows, and issue-resolution procedures.
- Support testing and validation of data-related changes and platform enhancements.
- Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in data quality and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience with the Aladdin platform or investment management technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of financial services, investment data, or asset management processes.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Aladdin data workflows and reporting.
- SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with investment operations, portfolio data, or risk-related data.
- Experience supporting enterprise data integrations and quality initiatives.
