We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Data Center to Cloud migration initiatives.

Role Overview:
Seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Project Manager to spearhead cloud transformation programs involving:
Rehost (Lift & Shift)
Replatform
Rewrite / Refactor
Purchase / SaaS Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across migration teams
Remove blockers and drive sprint execution
Manage Agile delivery for cloud migration streams
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance & Application teams
Track sprint metrics, velocity, burndown & migration progress
Drive stakeholder communication and migration strategy discussions
Technical Expertise:
AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM templates
Docker & Kubernetes
CI/CD & DevOps practices
AWS Migration Hub / Azure Migrate / CloudEndure
Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps
Required Experience:
6+ years as Scrum Master in technology environments
3+ years in Data Center to Cloud migration/transformation projects
Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Certifications:
CSM or PSM certification required
PMP certification is a plus
Preferred:
Hybrid cloud experience
Experience in healthcare, finance, or government sectors
