Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Oracle Integration Developer to lead the technical design, development, and optimization of our enterprise Oracle Cloud ecosystem. In this hands-on, senior-level role, you will provide technical leadership for major enterprise enhancements, own the delivery of complex technical modules, and serve as the final escalation point for critical operational incidents.
Core Responsibilities- Technical Architecture & Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
- Advanced Development: Own the hands-on development of critical, high-impact technical modules, prioritizing clean, maintainable code across the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Custom Solutions & Extensions: Design and build complex technical solutions, extensions, custom interfaces, and PaaS/ATP extensions using core Oracle development tools (BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS).
- Integration & Performance Tuning: Drive performance-tuning initiatives for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces, partnering closely with OIC/OPA developers.
- Incident Resolution & Governance: Serve as the primary technical escalation point for high-priority operational incidents, conducting root-cause analysis and establishing coding best practices and quality gates.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles, with at least 6+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience specifically within Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
- Technical Mastery: Proven history of designing and architecting complex solutions within the Fusion framework using tools like BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions.
- Integration Expertise: Deep understanding of integration technologies, including experience designing robust interfaces using OIC for warehouse and operational systems.
- Governance & Standards: Demonstrated ability to establish technical standards, govern system changes in a live production environment, and utilize CI/CD deployment tools (e.g., FlexDeploy).
- Preferred: Experience with third-party tools (Avalara, Kyriba, Zip), exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry, and relevant Oracle Cloud certifications.
