Software Developer

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As a Software Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities:

Prepare system requirements documentation

Prepare detailed design specifications

Ensure QA standards are met within project phase responsibilities

Execute problem discovery meetings to determine system/program problems and best solutions

Understand business rules, incorporate rules into system logic

Design, code, test, debug, and document programs

Lead and facilitate design review meetings

Depending on project team size, may lead project team meetings

Meet with project management to determine estimates for scheduled tasks

Mentor other software analysts

Individual contributor with no subordinates

Training related to business area supported (ie Accounting, Engineering, etc )

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control methodology

Technical proficiency in specific programming languages and environment

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent.
