Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (frontend) and Python (backend) to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end solutions, working with modern architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and modern frontend frameworks
- Build robust backend services and APIs using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and work with DevOps teams for deployments
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Overall 8+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid backend development experience using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and API integrations
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Experience working with databases (SQL – PostgreSQL/MySQL, and/or NoSQL – MongoDB)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of GraphQL or serverless architecture
- Exposure to frontend performance optimization and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Experience working in financial services or enterprise environments
- Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
Additional Information:
- Preferred in financial services domain
- Final interview will be conducted in person at the client’s office.
