We are seeking an innovative and talented Systems Engineer to join our systems calibration team. The candidate must have the ability to be a technically minded problem-solver, be able to focus on the task at hand. Location: Aurora, Colorado

What You Will Do
  • Perform system calibrations using signals analysis techniques to assess performance, identify anomalies, and ensure accuracy against requirements.
  • Analyze complex signal data to support calibration activities, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain software scripts to automate calibration processes, data collection, and analysis.
  • Apply signal processing methods to interpret calibration results and validate system behavior.
  • Document calibration procedures, analysis results, and software tools to support repeatable and compliant processes.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing and maintaining software applications using modern and legacy scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell scripting, SQL or similar)
  • Experience in signals analysis, including processing, interpreting, and analyzing complex data sets (e.g., RF, sensor, waveform, or time-series data)
  • Experience with standard configuration management tools (git, GitLab, etc.)
  • Experience integrating algorithms into operational or production software environments.
  • Experience using analysis tools and environments such as MATLAB, Python (NumPy/SciPy/Pandas), or equivalent
  • An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Specific program domain knowledge
  • Experience with C/C++, Java or similar.
  • Experience with front end web development (html, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
