IT Security Analyst

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Security Analyst - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Major Utility Company located in Columbus, OH.

This role will work closely with various IT departments and service providers to support the operations of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. The ideal candidate will help drive the resolution of IAM-related issues, with a focus on CyberArk, and support project delivery while adhering to service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, and business unit professionals to perform and/or support operations of IAM processes
• Help drive resolution of IAM related issues, including with CyberArk, and report on Service Provider operations
• Resolve IAM issues in a timely manner
• Work closely with project managers and Service Provider personnel to help track and monitor projects that meet business needs
• Facilitate audits of processes related to IAM Security Services
• Confirm that Security Services supporting documentation and procedures are available and kept up-to-date
• Maintain a solid understanding of the Service Providers security operations and service delivery capabilities

Requirements:

• Hybrid role, requires being in the office Tuesday to Thursday
• 4-5 years of experience in supporting CyberArk PVWA/EPV
• Knowledge/Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, PowerShell, and RHEL from an account management standpoint
• Excellent analytical abilities, including process analysis and development, problem solving and root cause analysis

Desired skills:

• Experience with CyberArk PSM, CCP, APV-AIM, and CCM

Pay range: up to $64.82 per hour
