He/She will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
Core HR, ORC (Recruiting), and Absence Management
Experience in at least 2+ full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
Configure and implement:
- Core HR: Workforce structures, Person Management, Employment lifecycle
- ORC: Job requisitions, candidate lifecycle, offers, recruiting flows
- Absence: Leave plans, accruals, eligibility, absence types
Provide functional design documents (FDD) and support technical team for integrations and reports
Work on data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and production deployments
