Job#: 3047631 Job Description: Senior Business Analyst - BOLT Orchestration$30-35/hrContract until End of Year, will extend into 2027Position SummaryThe Senior Business Analyst - BOLT Orchestration supports capability delivery across Trial Claim and Real Claim capabilities within the BOLT Orchestration program. This role is responsible for translating capability vision into detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and audit-ready documentation. Working closely with Capability Managers, Enterprise Claim Asset teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Analytics partners, the Senior Business Analyst ensures end-to-end traceability, consistent requirements decomposition, and high-quality documentation that enables scalable orchestration delivery across strategic claim capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Capability Managers to translate business objectives and capability intent into detailed requirements and delivery artifacts.
- Decompose capabilities into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and implementation-ready requirements.
- Create and maintain audit-ready traceability across AHA IDs, project identifiers, features, user stories, requirements, and testing artifacts.
- Document canonical request/response contracts and integration requirements across Enterprise Claim Asset services and orchestration workflows.
- Collaborate with Capability Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Analytics teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to validate requirements and resolve gaps.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation, backlog refinement, story grooming, and requirements review sessions.
- Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing requirement changes, and ensuring alignment with approved scope.
- Develop business process documentation, workflow diagrams, operational procedures, and implementation support materials.
- Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation meet audit, governance, and compliance expectations.
- Produce documentation and traceability packages supporting Trial Claim and Real Claim delivery milestones.
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and requirement impacts across integrated orchestration capabilities.
- Support readiness activities for future claim orchestration capabilities and enterprise business use cases.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product delivery, program delivery, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of healthcare claims experience.
- Experience developing detailed business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation.
- Demonstrated experience working within complex, matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements management, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Experience managing requirements across multiple teams, dependencies, and delivery workstreams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications- Working knowledge of Agentic AI, orchestration platforms, MCP patterns, and API-driven workflows.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Rally, Aha!, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience documenting API integrations, service contracts, and enterprise system interactions.
- Experience creating audit-ready requirements traceability matrices and governance artifacts.
- Knowledge of healthcare claims platforms, claims modernization initiatives, or enterprise automation programs.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across business and technology organizations.
