Summary
Title: Remote Palantir Foundry Support Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (East Coast preferred)
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and triage for data and application issues.
- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Support Foundry data integration, ingestion, pipelines, and Ontology-driven workflows.
- Maintain and update training/documentation materials as the platform evolves.
- Help improve customer support processes, tooling, and operational workflows.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Required/Preferred:
- Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar data/analytical platforms.
- Exposure to data pipelines, data integration, ingestion, or production support.
- Basic coding experience; strong coding/debugging expertise is not required.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer support, and communication skills.
- SQL, PySpark, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
