Role OverviewThis role is responsible for driving the implementation and evolution of
ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management capabilities-including Risk Assessment, Issue Management, Compliance Case Management, Audit Management, Change and Regulatory Management, and AI-enabled/agentic workflows.
You will combine deep technical expertise, product management leadership, and strong cross functional influence to advance a strategic roadmap that elevates risk transparency and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to enterprise risk priorities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging IRM / risk management trends and opportunities.
- Establish and track OKRs to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and strategic impact.
Cross Functional Collaboration- Partner closely with Global Trade, Global Services Risk & Compliance, ISRM, ERM, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams and business partners; translate technical capabilities into business value.
Product Delivery & Execution- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer input, and technical feasibility.
- Lead Agile ceremonies-including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives-to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
- Oversee and support user acceptance testing to ensure features meet requirements and deliver intended outcomes.
Enablement & Adoption- Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support smooth product rollout and long term adoption.
- Partner with change management teams to ensure stakeholders are prepared and supported throughout implementation.
AI-Enabled Product Innovation- Integrate AI-driven capabilities into the IRM platform to enhance workflow efficiency, insights, and user experience.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define AI requirements and evaluate feasibility.
- Apply responsible AI practices and ethical guidelines in alignment with industry and corporate standards.
- Demonstrate hands on ability to develop, refine, and measure AI prompts to optimize product functionality.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of related technology experience.
- Proven expertise delivering IT solutions and driving product outcomes at scale.
- Strong leadership and cross functional influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, SDLC, and risk/security management practices.
- Excellent communication skills; able to present to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience coordinating UAT, training, and change management for enterprise deployments.
Preferred- Experience with ServiceNow platforms and Integrated Risk Management.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and agentic AI to enhance product capabilities.
- Ability to partner with data science/engineering teams to prioritize AI functionality.
- Familiarity with ethical and responsible AI practices.
- Strong prompt engineering skills with ability to rapidly adopt emerging AI tools.
- People leadership experience and proven ability to build high performing teams.
- Experience with integration platforms.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Condolence Leave - 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member
Caregiver Leave - 10 days
Volunteer Leave - 4 days
Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours
