Summary

Role Overview

The client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) and operational workflows. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automation capabilities while supporting IT Operations Management (ITOM) initiatives. The position offers long-term potential but is subject to annual budget approvals and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, and platform integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, business rules, and automation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical growth.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HAM implementations and enhancements.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
