Location – ALPHARETTA, GA- 100% ONSITE FROM DAY1

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud Solution Architect / Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) and customer master data management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, implementation, integration, data quality, customer data governance, and technical leadership for enterprise CDM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle CDM Cloud / Customer Data Hub (CDH) solutions.
• Define customer master data models, data standards, hierarchies, relationships, classifications, and governance processes.
• Configure and customize Oracle CDM Cloud capabilities including Customer Data Management, Data Quality, Data Enrichment, Matching, and Merging.
• Design customer data cleansing, standardization, deduplication, survivorship, and golden-record processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle CDM functional and technical solutions.
• Design and manage integrations between Oracle CDM and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, ERP, CRM, and external systems.
• Work with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, and file-based integrations.
• Lead data migration activities including source-system analysis, mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Configure and optimize matching rules, duplicate identification, merge rules, survivorship rules, and data quality rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, architects, developers, and offshore teams.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, troubleshoot complex CDM issues, and guide implementation teams.
• Develop solution design documents, functional specifications, integration mappings, and technical documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, defect resolution, and post-production stabilization.
• Establish best practices for customer master data governance, security, quality, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications / master data management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud (CDM) / Customer Data Hub (CDH).
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Customer Master Data Management.
• Experience with customer data cleansing, standardization, matching, merging, enrichment, and survivorship.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Data Management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/CRM integrations and enterprise customer master data.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with data migration, transformation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience creating functional and technical solution designs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead onsite/offshore teams and drive delivery independently.
