Detailed Job Description:
· Over 7+ years of experience in end-to-end design, development, and support of Workday HCM and Financial integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance domains.
· Strong expertise in building and supporting inbound and outbound integrations leveraging Workday Integration Cloud, RAAS, PICOF, and Cloud Connect for high-volume and secure data exchange.
· Proven experience developing complex Workday Studio integrations using XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and Java to meet advanced business, payroll, and compliance requirements.
· Experienced in project coordination, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional team collaboration in Agile environments.
· Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Core Connectors (CCW, PECI, CCB, Payroll, Benefits, Financials) for multi-country payroll and vendor integrations.
· Strong experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems including ADP.
· Workday Integration Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) across HCM and third-party systems, ensuring quality and timely execution.
· Drives stakeholder coordination, requirements gathering, and project governance while managing cross-functional global teams and vendors.
· Ensures integration design, deployment, and support align with business objectives, SLAs, and compliance standards.
