Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Role Descriptions:

Key Qualifications

Full Stack Development:

Strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript and MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) with strong knowledge in front-end architecture and performance optimization and good experience with back-end and data management.

Build robust backend services using Node.js, ExpressJS

Develop and maintain RESTFul APIs and Event Driven services.

Good experience with Node.js Event Management

Deep understanding and experience with component architecture and state management

Strong experience with Node NPM Ecosystem

Expertise in React & Core [removed] Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including components, props, state, etc. Expertise in advanced JavaScript features, asynchronous programming (promises, asyncawait), and TypeScript.

Asynchronous Programming & Multi-threading: Very good hands-on experience with asynchronous patterns (callbacks, Promises, asyncawait) in JavaScript. To add-on, good experience of Node.js event management (event loop and how to leverage its single-thread operations efficiently). Understanding of utilizing built-in libuv thread pool for CPU-intensive tasks, even though JavaScript code runs on a single thread.

System Design and Architecture:

Strong experience buildingdesigning distributed systems leveraging Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Streams) - also for asynchronous programming

Implement Caching strategies using Redis to optimize performance

Build and design scalable microservices also ensuring high availability

Experience with Event-Driven and streaming architectures

API and Automation:

Experience building and maintaining API automation

Cloud and CICD:

Deploy and manage services using Kubernetes

Work with CICD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment

Data and Messaging:

Strong experience with MongoDB for including advanced querying, indexing for performance and sharding aspects for scalability.

Build real-time and batch pipelines using Kafka

Handling data consistency and performance tuning

Performance and Reliability:

Optimize front-end performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)

Experience with improving back-end performance and scalability under high load
