Work Location: Hybrid Chicago, IL

Job Description:

3 7 years of QA/testing experience with 2+ years of Salesforce testing experience.

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.

Perform:

Functional Testing

System Integration Testing (SIT)

Regression Testing

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support

End-to-End Testing

Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and automation.

Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, HRMS, marketing, and middleware platforms.

Validate APIs, interfaces, and data synchronization processes.

Perform data validation and migration testing.

Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks where applicable.

Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and governance policies.

Prepare test reports, status updates, and quality metrics.
