Job Description:
Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Build forecasting, classification, clustering, recommendation, and optimization models.
Design and implement feature engineering pipelines and model evaluation frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
Work with large datasets using cloud platforms and distributed computing tools.
Monitor model performance, retrain models when necessary, and ensure model governance.
Document methodologies, assumptions, and analytical processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with machine learning algorithms including:
Regression
Classification
Clustering
Time Series Forecasting
Ensemble Methods
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
Experience deploying models in production environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
