Role Summary

The AI Developer will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging generative AI and large language models (LLMs). The role focuses on enhancing requirements generation, test automation, and workflow efficiency through AI integration while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Required Experience

Minimum 2 3 years of specialized experience in AI development within technology or software environments
Hands-on experience with:

Python
Visual Studio Code
Selenium
Databricks
AI-assisted tools such as Copilot

Experience working with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions

Core Responsibilities:

AI Development & Implementation

Develop AI-based tools to generate technical requirements from business user stories
Design and implement automated AI solutions using Python and Visual Studio
Build and deploy prototypes and pilot AI solutions

Automation & Integration

Integrate AI capabilities into existing Python-based test automation frameworks
Ensure all AI solutions are fully executable on postal (government-issued) laptops
Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and databases

Collaboration & Use Case Development

Partner with the Requirements and Test Automation teams to identify high-impact AI use cases
Recommend AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives

Training & Mentorship

Train team members on:

AI-driven requirement generation
AI-based test script creation

Mentor resources on effective and responsible AI utilization

Documentation & Standards

Document process changes, methodologies, and best practices
Develop guidelines and toolkits for AI adoption across teams

Quality & Oversight

Provide technical oversight and code reviews
Ensure high-quality, consistent, and maintainable deliverables
Maintain professionalism and a collaborative work environment

Required Skills

Strong expertise in:

Python development
Generative AI & LLMs
Test automation frameworks (Selenium preferred)

Experience with:

AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot)
Automation and system integration

Ability to:

Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
Work across cross-functional teams

Expected Deliverables

AI-enabled tools for requirements generation and automation
Training materials and documentation for internal teams
Pilot solutions and prototypes for AI integration
Best practices, frameworks, and toolkits for scaling AI adoption

Education

Bachelor s degree (4-year) from an accredited college/university in a relevant field (preferred)
