Job Title: Sr Agile Lead

Location: Plano, TX Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months W2 Contract

Experience Senior Agile Lead to drive Agile transformation, enable high-performing teams, and ensure consistent delivery of business value across multiple squads or programs. This role requires deep expertise in Agile frameworks, servant leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and scaling Agile practices in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple Agile teams across Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives across departments or business units.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to elevate team maturity.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize business value.
• Track and improve Agile metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, flow efficiency).
• Identify and remove cross-team impediments and organizational bottlenecks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
• Support scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale where applicable.
• Align delivery practices with enterprise governance and compliance standards.
• Enable DevOps and CI/CD adoption to enhance delivery outcomes.
• Provide leadership reporting and insights on Agile performance and transformation progress.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, with 5+ years in Agile leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven experience leading large-scale Agile transformations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and product delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing multiple teams or programs simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Agile certifications preferred (SAFe Agilist, SPC, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).
