  • Investigate integration defects and help determine which system, interface, mapping, or data element caused the failure
  • Support testing of outbound correspondence workflows, document-generation processes, and document delivery when applicable
  • Partner with developers, solution architects, business analysts, product owners, and other Quality Engineers to understand system architecture and testing requirements
  • Document test results, defects, risks, dependencies, and supporting evidence
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, production validation, and release-readiness activities
  • Support automation initiatives where appropriate
  • Learn and test new applications, platforms, and healthcare business processes

Primary Requirements:
  • Strong functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing experience
  • Experience validating integrations between multiple enterprise systems
  • System-to-system, source-to-target, field-mapping, or data-transformation testing
  • API testing using Postman or a comparable tool
  • Strong SQL and backend data-validation skills
  • Ability to trace data through upstream and downstream systems
  • Experience identifying and troubleshooting integration and data-quality defects
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Jira or a comparable defect- and work-management platform
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • High-energy personality
  • Ability and willingness to learn a new application, platform, and business domain
  • Ability to work collaboratively while independently owning assigned testing activities

Desired Skills:
  • Healthcare or health-insurance Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering experience
  • Experience testing healthcare claims, enrollment, eligibility, benefits, member, provider, or medical-management workflows
  • Quadient Inspire or another Customer Communications Management platform
  • Source-data-to-document validation
  • Template, conditional-content, business-rule, or document-formatting testing
  • SFTP, batch files, control files, acknowledgments, reconciliation, rejected-file handling, or reprocessing
  • Playwright
  • GitLab
  • AWS
  • QMetry or another test-management platform
  • Tonic.ai or comparable test-data-management tools
  • Experience testing regulatory notices, EOBs, statements, member letters, emails, PDFs, or other generated communications
