Summary

We are seeking an EDI Administrator to manage and scale electronic data interchange (EDI) connections. This role combines technical mapping expertise with partner coordination and process optimization to ensure secure, accurate data flow across internal systems and external partners.

Core Responsibilities

Integration & Mapping: Design, implement, and maintain EDI integrations. Develop and optimize EDI maps, workflows, and translation logic.
System Maintenance: Monitor systems, troubleshoot errors, and ensure X12 standard compliance. Maintain SQL databases and automation scripts (UNIX/Java).
Partner Coordination: Lead technical onboarding for new partners, including non-standard setups. Collaborate with external stakeholders to resolve connectivity issues.
Support: Manage escalated tickets, provide backup for EDI team functions, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Technical Requirements

Education: Bachelor s in IT, CIS, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of EDI mapping/translation and X12 experience in enterprise environments.
Platforms: Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2Bi or Sterling Navigator is required.
OS & Scripting: Strong UNIX/Linux and Windows proficiency; experience with shell scripting.
Data: Solid SQL knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP and EDI protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

Logistics Expertise: Experience with supplier onboarding in transportation or logistics.
Cloud Integration: Experience with OCI or OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).

Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
