We are currently looking to hire an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to join our HR/Recruitment team. This role is critical in helping us attract and hire top-tier tech talent to support our growing business needs.

Location: Sterling, VA-20166
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage with qualified IT candidates for various technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels for talent acquisition
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
