IT Solutions Analyst (Software Asset Management)

We re looking for an IT Solutions Analyst to join a growing team focused on Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), contract optimization, and license compliance. This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, contracts, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost savings.

What You ll Do

• Manage software licenses and entitlements using ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Review and maintain software contracts and renewal activities
• Analyze license usage to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities
• Support forecasting and planning for software needs
• Build and enhance dashboards (Power BI preferred)
• Partner with sourcing, legal, IT, and portfolio teams

Required Skills:

• 5 7 years of experience in IT, SAM, or contract management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with license agreements and contract management
• Solid communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

Power BI (dashboard creation)
Flexera or other SAM tools (e.g., USU)
Jira experience
SAM certifications
