Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pasadena, CA that is seeking a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
* Develop the product agenda for inside KP the KP Intranet, an enterprise digital capability for improving workforce productivity and engagement; This work is based on extensive knowledge of customer and business need requirements conducted for the KP Workforce
* Creation of overarching product strategy and roadmap for business capabilities on the enterprise portal framework
* Determine how capabilities such as search, content management, security, profile management, social networking, analytics, etc. will work together from a business perspective
* Responsible for value recognition of platform capabilities
* Work collaboratively in cross functional teams (IT, Identity and Access Management, Clients, Vendors) to assess the platform needs of various employee audience incorporating findings into overall strategy
* Develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards
* Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts
* Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven product management background
* Experience developing roadmaps and strategic plans for executives. Intranet/Internet experience
* Experience with Social Collaboration tools, Search, Content Management, Portals
* Management experience
* Strong understanding of data solutions for Enterprise wide applications
* Strong business/client understanding with demonstrated success in relationship management
* Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
* Strategic business planning experience
* Prior Product Management experience within a relevant market segment
* Experience in a Product Development capacity
* Strong experience with key customer contact
* Experience in web architecture delivering large scale, complex web based solutions
* Experience Directly managing staff
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
* 2 years of consulting experience
* Portal experience required, including deep knowledge of search, content management, security, etc.
* Platform as a Service experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
