Our client is looking for a Senior Network Engineer/Consultant who wants to design and shape modern, secure network environments at scale. What You ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure enterprise network architectures that support evolving business needs
• Evaluate existing LAN, WAN, and MAN environments and recommend modern solutions, including SDN, intent-based networking, and segmentation strategies
• Create and maintain network architecture standards, documentation, and design artifacts
• Lead network design efforts involving routing, switching, encryption, and telecommunications circuits
• Provide senior-level guidance, testing support, and knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise network environments, with deep Cisco expertise
• Strong knowledge of routing and Layer 2 technologies, including BGP, EIGRP, DMVPN, GRE, STP, MST, and VLANs
• Experience with large-scale LAN/WAN architectures, traffic engineering, and complex troubleshooting
• Familiarity with SDN concepts and exposure to cloud networking in AWS and/or Azure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a technical leader and trusted advisor
