Job Description About the role The Associate Producer is a key contributor to the digital marketing team, responsible for the execution, coordination, and quality assurance of customer-facing messaging campaigns across SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App messaging channels. This role supports high-visibility promotional marketing initiatives for U.S. and Canada markets, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do - Coordinate and partner cross-functionally with brand teams and vendor teams to set-up, schedule, deploy and maintain approval processes for SMS, Push Notification, and In-App messaging campaigns using third-party marketing platforms.
- Manage and create campaign workflows from intake through launch, ensuring deliverables meet timing, quality, and business requirements.
- Ensuring graphic assets are delivered for content development accurately and to specifications.
- Managing linking setup and validating promotional offers, exclusions, and legal disclosures
- Perform QA testing for messaging content, links, promo codes, and customer experience.
- Track projects and communicate updates across teams.
- Support U.S. and Canada campaign execution, managing market nuances, and translation coordination.
- Troubleshoot campaign or promotional issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes.
- Assist in documenting operational procedures and best practices for campaign execution and QA processes.

- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production and/or project management.
- Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Ability to keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
- High degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management.
- Ability to balance team expectations and priorities.
- Experience with SMS, Push Notifications & In-App messaging and a working knowledge of how content is created and deployed.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
