Manufacturing Engineer- Minnetonka, MN
Location : Minnetonka, MN 55345 (100% Onsite)
Project Duration: 6-12 Months of contract
Shift : 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
Pay Rate : $42.00 per hour on W2

- The Manufacturing Engineer applies strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing operations to lead and execute complex engineering tasks. This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks that may involve multiple interrelated elements.
- Anticipate and identify key technical issues; develop recommendations and solutions even when no precedent exists.
- Apply creative thinking and introduce new methods or approaches to resolve problems.
- Evaluate and consider impacts on related systems, equipment, and processes when implementing changes.
- Collaborate with peers, technicians, and mentors through reviews of technical rationale, verification, and validation activities.
- Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and optimizing equipment performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, A3 problem solving, standard work, waste reduction, and efficiency projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related discipline).
- 0 5 years of experience in an engineering role, or equivalent advanced education.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead tasks independently and drive results.
