Job Description
Extensive experience in the Application Architecture for Healthcare domain applications
Expertise in FHIR, HL7, and CCDA standards for healthcare data interoperability.
Excellent understanding of FHIR resources, profiles and implementation guides
Strong hands-on programming skills in .Net, C#, Node JS, and Python.
Expertise with Azure FHIR APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
Familiarity with Azure services including API Management (APIM), Azure Storage, and Azure Data Factory.
Knowledge of Azure Key Vault for secure key management.
Understanding of Azure networking concepts and network security groups.
Familiarity with Azure identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Azure AD Connect.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role and level, demonstrating proficiency in FHIR standards, Azure services, and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities
Design and implement FHIR-based solutions for exposing the Patient clinical and claims data through FHIR apis
Design and implement solution to ingest data from external and internal systems into the FHIR repository
Work with client to define optimal architecture of the FHIR data infrastructure
Stay up to date with CMS mandates and advancements in the FHIR domain to offer effective solutions to the client
Lead the development and deployment of FHIR APIs using Azure services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EMR systems with Azure services.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in healthcare data exchange.
Optimize performance and scalability of FHIR-based applications on Azure.
Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions for Azure infrastructure.
Provide guidance on Azure networking configurations and security best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
