Unison Systems is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic and fast moving team with our telecommunications client.
Location: South Tech Center; hybrid 4 days onsite
Duration: through Dec 2026 with expectation of extension
Pay rate: $58.00 - $64.00/hr
Skills needed:
- Expert communication skills (written, verbal).
- Expert organizational/analytical skills to manage large inputs of data and changes to data.
- Expert analytical approach to understanding and communicating data - programs, projects, status, etc.
- Strong ability to plan and prepare for organizational wide meetings (PI Planning, etc.)
- Strong ability to assess and document as-is and to-be processes within Software Development. Expertise in documentation management of collaboration sites a plus (Chalk, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Strong collaborator and seasoned in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with leads, developers, testers, and other peer groups.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Highly detail oriented and self-driven.
Augment the Vendor Management (Delivery) function to support tracking of all system intake, stories, tasks, etc. and update based on system input.
* Augment the Portfolio Management team to manage day to day portfolio items; WiFi Connected Home grew from 3 portfolios to 5 at end of year 2025
* Resource would also help document processes and best practices and manage subprojects including alignment of system work in PI Planning, facilitate proactive troubleshooting sessions w/ system.
* Resource would also take on day to day PI Planning and PAC activities.
Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. . 5-10 years of experience.
