Senior Systems Test Engineer

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Systems Test Engineer to lead Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for electromechanical products. The role involves developing and executing system-level test strategies, translating requirements into test cases, conducting functional, integration, regression, and validation testing, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Verification & Validation activities for new and existing products.
• Develop test plans, test procedures, traceability matrices, and test reports.
• Translate system requirements into measurable test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Support testing at component, subsystem, and system levels.
• Investigate and resolve test issues and support V&V technicians.
• Maintain reliable and repeatable test methodologies and equipment.
• Coordinate validation activities to ensure product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt test strategies based on system complexity and evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in systems engineering, system design, hardware engineering, testing, or related technical areas.
• Experience developing V&V plans, test procedures, traceability matrices, and test reports.
• Knowledge of system integration, troubleshooting, and requirements analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
