SERVICE OVERVIEW
Background
Client will provide technical services to configure the Client SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) within the in-scope Client environments.
Goals and Objectives
Through scoping discussions and information provided by Client, the following goals and objectives have been identified for this project:
- Define, develop, and document Identity Security Cloud solution specifications and provide in-scope documentation
- Prepare in-scope Identity Security Cloud environments with single sign-on (SSO)
- Integrate the Identity Security Cloud environments with in-scope applications
- Configuration of Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) capabilities
- Configure in-scope automated user lifecycle management activities
- Configure user password management capabilities
- Integrate and configure ServiceNow and ServiceNow Service Catalog
- Provide guidance for integration options for Learning Pool
- Provide service delivery oversight and advisory services

User Lifecycle Management
- Automated Onboarding Joiner (New Hire)
- Automated Mover
- Automated Offboarding Leaver (Terminations: Delete/Disable accounts)
- Rehire, Leave of Absence, User Conversion, Name Change Propagation
- Birthright role configuration: up to 20 hours
Password Management
- Standard Identity Security Cloud Password Management which includes:
-Forgot password reset
-Known password reset
-Delegated password reset
- Password Synchronization: up to six (6) applications to sync
Other
- Configure SSO for Identity Security Cloud (via SAML) to Entra ID
- Up to five (5) Identity Profiles
- Up to three (3) custom reports
- Integrate ServiceNow and ServiceNow Service Catalog
- Configuration of NERM
Testing and Go Live
- Optiv will unit test in Development prior to Client UAT handover
- Provide up to 40 hours within five (5) consecutive business days of issue management resolution support as Client conducts UAT (following Client-defined testing procedures and processes)
- Provide up to 40 hours within Five (5) consecutive business days of Go-live support to Client once UAT has been completed, and required updates have been made
- Provide up to 100 hours for US-Based Engineer support: up to six (6) weeks of post-production support to Client once the solution is promoted to production
Additional Considerations
All work product, configurations, and customizations created specifically for Client under this SOW are owned by Client. SailPoint's underlying platform intellectual property rights are governed solely by Client's separate license agreement with SailPoint, and nothing in this SOW will diminish Client's rights thereunder.

- one (1) test domain for pre-production environment

DOCUMENTATION DELIVERABLES
Optiv will provide Client with deliverable documents ( Deliverables ) electronically, in standard Optiv format.

Requirements Specification
- Project and scope summary Reference documentation to define project initiation, management, control, and closure provided during Discovery and Design stage
- Contextual solution overview
- Fine-grained future-state requirements A document that lists all requirements considered for implementation (Anticipated effort is provided in the Project Plan)
Use Case Specification
- High-level summary of in-scope use cases
- Detailed, well-defined future-state use cases, each of which has a standard table:

-Conditions
-Steps
- In-scope e-mail templates
Migration to Production Plan
- Breakdown of the go-live events
- Deployment process specific to Client s production environment
Design Specification
Design document that will be updated throughout the engagement, representing the as-built solution dictated by the Use Case and requirements specifications, including:
- Process diagrams
- Data mappings
- Technical requirements
- Architectural design
- Overview of solution being recommended and why
Operations Guide
- SailPoint best practices
- Runbook/How-to steps to:
-Deploy
-Troubleshoot
-Support Client s ISC environment
Status Reports
Weekly status reports detailing completed activities, planned activities for the following week, and issues which have arisen that may delay the on-time completion of the engagement.
Note: Status Reports are not subject to Deliverable Acceptance criteria.
