Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is looking for a fully remote Product Manager to join their Strategy & Operations - Product team. This role is ideal for a driven digital product professional who is passionate about defining product vision and delivering high-quality digital experiences in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Summary:
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and stakeholder collaboration, particularly within complex, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Product Manager will define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
* Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
* Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on customer needs and business value
* Gather and document product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
* Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes
* As a Product Manager, you will ensure intuitive, seamless digital user experiences through feedback and data-driven insights
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities
* Track product performance, KPIs, and user metrics to guide enhancements
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
* Communicate product status, risks, milestones, and outcomes to leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in Digital or Technology Product Management
* Experience managing product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery execution
* Experience delivering digital products or integrated product platforms
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Agile certification preferred
* Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries
* Exposure to servicing or loan servicing platforms
* Background in Accounting or Finance
* Familiarity with the Nortridge Loan System

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
