About The Role

We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our Client Area Development Team. You'll be responsible for testing features and enhancements in the user's personal dashboard.

Reporting Line: Web Projects QA Lead

Worksite : Remote

Responsibilities
  • Active participation in and analysis of requirements for new features for completeness, consistency, and testability.
  • Executing the full cycle of functional and regression testing for new and existing features.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining test documentation (test cases and checklists). Bugs documentation and tracking; collaborative problem-solving with the team to achieve resolution.
  • Closely interacting with the development team to ensure product quality.
  • Writing new automated tests to cover the functionality of developing features.
  • Regular maintenance and updating of the existing automation framework and test suite.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in test automation using Python.
  • Experience working with client-server applications and a strong understanding of Frontend and Backend interaction.
  • Skills in API testing (using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools).
  • Experience in developing test scenarios and test cases (we use Qase).
  • Proficient in the stack including Python, Pytest, and Playwright for writing reliable and fast UI and API tests.
  • Experience in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
  • A strong desire and readiness for continuous learning and improving testing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with developers, analysts, and product managers.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support work in test design, software testing, and coding
  • Experience testing desktop applications would be considered a plus
  • Experience in trading or financial markets domain would be a strong advantage
